11.6.09 - Oklahoma City, Okla.- The Mid-America Christian University volleyball team dropped a Sooner Athletic Conference match at Oklahoma City University on Thursday evening.

OCU got 10 kills from Alex Benbrook to help sweep MACU 25-8, 25-15, 25-19. Vicky Murphy and Lindsay Hansen contributed with seven kill a piece.

Attacking errors plagued MACU committing 21 throughout the match.

The Lady Evangels were led by Christiane Costa who had eight kills and five digs on the night. Setter Calle Solie had 14 assists and a team-high eight digs to go along with one kill and a two block assists.

MACU (9-20, 2-11 SAC) will be back in action against John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The first serve is set for 7:00 p.m
