7.10.09 - Oklahoma City, Okla.- Rose State College standout Jillian Wilbanks signed a letter of intent to play softball at Mid-America Christian University for the 2009-2010 season. "Wilbanks is a great addition to our roster," head softball coach Jerald Lewis said. She brings much needed experience to the diamond. We are hoping to see her excel in the circle this year. " Wilbanks, 20, is a native of Yukon, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of John and Jocelyn Wilbanks. The Yukon High School product spent the last two seasons at Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. As a pitcher for the Raiders, Wilbanks, was named first team all-conference in 2009. She was also named the team's most valuable player as a sophomore in 2009. |
